Duty of disclosure

Please be aware that the information provided by you forms the basis of a legal contract between you and your insurer and that you have an ongoing duty to disclose all circumstances which may put your employment or health at risk or lead to a claim.

It is therefore essential that all information provided is true, accurate and complete. Any omission, misrepresentation or failure to disclose an important change of circumstance could invalidate your insurance cover and could mean that a claim may not be paid.

Data protection

Any information we hold about you will be treated as private and confidential. We will only use and disclose the information in the normal course of arranging your insurance cover.

Under the Data Protection Act 1998 you have rights of access to any personal information we hold about you.
